Copper OFE 110 Properties and Appearance

Copper OFE 110 is 99.999% pure copper (Cu) and is known as oxygen-free electronic (OFE) copper. Its reddish-orange appearance is similar to grades OFE 101 and 102 and it can have a slightly silverish hue.

OFE 110 has exceptional electrical conductivity with 101.5% IACS rating, surpassing even OFE 101 and 102. It has superior ductility and malleability and is more workable than other OFE grades due to almost no impurities. It leads OFE 101 & 102 in terms of outstanding weldability and resistance to hydrogen embrittlement and is ideal for demanding applications with intricate shapes and high heat exposure. As with all OFE grades it offers exceptional thermal conductivity for applications that require efficient heat transfer.
