VIM/VAR Core Iron Supplier

 VIM/VAR Core Iron Properties

Core iron is specially manufactured for its maximum magnetic properties featuring high permeability and low coercivity. It is low carbon magnetic iron produced using processes of vacuum induction melting plus vacuum arc re-melting. The double melting technique controls the distribution of non-metallic inclusions (chemical compounds and non metals) ensuring that thin wall sections do not contain leaks due to internal discontinuities.

VIM VAR Core Iron is often used in the manufacture of soft magnetic components where vacuum integrity is needed.
